Cancellation Policy for Remedy Ink & Wellness
At Remedy Ink & Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes plans may need to change. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and maintain our commitment to exceptional care, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:
Cancellation Notice: We request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients who may be in need of our services.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may incur a fee 20%. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with reserving the time for you.
No-Show Policy: In the event that you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a fee of 20% will be charged. We genuinely value your time and hope to connect with you on a future date.
Emergency Situations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving any cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis.
